6. How to set up air device

   1) How to set up cooling time

• Press approx. 8 seconds [SET-TIME] key on panel
• [A1] appears and changes to air time mode
• Input figure with key board and set up cooling time
• Each unit: setting up 30 seconds
• 60 seconds: [02]=> [AIR TIME]
• 120 seconds: [04] => [AIR TIME]
• Once cooling time is set up, it will be memorized even after power is off.

8. How to Operate

(1) Input figure with key board and set up heatingtime

For example

• 10 seconds: [10]=> [HEATNG TIME]
• 5 seconds: [05] => [HEATING TIME]

(2) Emergency stop

• Please press emergency stop SW for sudden stop and heating stops.
• Turn the emergency stop
• button to the right after checking if there are problems for releasing emergency stop function.

 (3) Alarm

Details of alarm is shown on data display

E O O : abnormal output transistor

When the temperature of output transistor goes over 50℃ by surrounding temperature environment and more than 10 minute heating, E O O appears on stop timer display (over heating prevention sensor)

[How to cancel] When the temperature reaches 50~60℃ with rear fan ON, E 0 0 disappears and automatically returns to normal condition (able to use after 10~20 minutes)

E 0 2: over current

[How to cancel] Circuit is in sleep mode. Heating restarts when pressing restart button.

The alarm reappears when the size of holder and coil is not matched. Please use bigger heating coil.
